I understand wait times can be difficult to forecast, but I've gotten a feel for when to schedule online vs when to drive by. The service I've received from nearly all of the employees has been great, with one exception, and that person is no longer at this store. The conversations always begin with a confirmation of what exactly I'd like done that day, how much to take off, sideburns kept or removed, etc. etc. I think this store is one of the best Sports Clips I've visited and have purchased several season pass' to show my loyalty. Thank you!

The wait times are insane. You need to get rid of the online sign in option because these people don’t come in, they don’t wait like a normal person, and they cause everyone else to wait for HOURS. I’ve come in twice at opening and both times the wait times - AT OPENING - are between 1 and 2 HOURS. That’s not right. But you don’t care because all chain stores care about is the bottom line and not about actual service.

I came in Thursday July 22nd the girl never greeted. The overall service was horrible. I got the mvp service and the shampoo sucked. The girl cutting my hair needs better hygiene. When she took me to her chair there was hair all over the chair and station also the floors needed swepted. I don't know if it's because I came in close to closing but my service felt rushed. For 26 dollars the overall service should be better.
